12u Rack

Is there an Internet connection at low cost dedicated to the house I live in the Greater Toronto btw. I need a connection to cheap unmeterred dedicated. I need it for a couple of web servers I plan to run in my basement (I have already installed in my basement in a small rack 12U)

Probably the cheapest you can get is a 1 or 2 Mbps SDSL connection. It will cost you a hell of a lot more than even a consumer ADSL package theoretically faster, but the bandwidth is usually symmetrical (check before you register) uncontended and supported by a guaranteed bandwidth on the ISP's network. No idea on prices in Canada, but they are in the region of £ 100 per month here in the United Kingdom.
