Well, I bought this "Simple Green" car wash soap. He said it is biodegradable and phosphate free. Can I wash my car on my way by car, without the guilt of contributing to pollution of the environment? I just wanted your opinion guys that I can feel at peace. Thank you

biodegradable soap causes problems because when it enters a watercourse and begins to deteriorate, it uses oxygen needed byfish, plants and other marine species. However, if you wash your car or on gravel, earth, grass and plants help filter out toxins before infiltrating into the groundwater. Flag
ya! its absolutely safe!
All these pollutants go into the storm drains whenever it rains anyway, so why worry is when you wash your car?
