Car Luggage Rack

Looking for a retailer that sells cheap universal fit door baggage car. Dad is moving out of state and needs additional storage space, does anyone know where I can go to find a roof rack, such as Wal-Mart or Target, maybe a store Sports in Norfolk, Virginia? I'm not sure all those who wear them and need by tomorrow.
