What is a good choice for a carrier to Mexico Trash? I spent a carrier, high old time Beech Baron 58, which becomes expensive to maintain trash and gas is killing me. I sweat the crack spar AD hourly percent have already made several repairs under the AD. Unfortunately, the old girl is about done and I also
I want to go to Mexico and thought to defect to the mark "C" 185 or 206. Beechcraft and I never had a Cessna, but the 185 is attractive and the 206 is a real Truckster, too. The Cessna is much more convenient for fields not improved and easier on gas than the Baron and I love the 185 macho is on the 206 would be very helpful, but I can not leave the Cadillac Chevy. I have my eye on a 206 with decent newspapers and ugly of the cell and engine run-out. 185 are difficult to find, but will land on a postage stamp. An A36 has a good door, but just does not seem to make sense in Mexico.
Beechcraft is the best support and was told to support Cessna is terrible for one and two hundred series aircraft. Does anyone know about support components for Beechcraft Cessna vs. Mexico?
The aircraft are more to take a look at would be a Cherokee Six 300. It has large rear doors and has been shown that loading a piano in the back! Between 300 and six C206 I suspect the 300 has better features and is a little faster. As to support parts and Mexico, I do not think that one of the three would be so bad, but finding a good mechanic maybe???
PS - A good BE36 work as well, that way you stick to Beech, but the costs have retracts so.
