Coat Stands For The Home

Coat Stands For The HomeTerminology Home Repair?

Hello, I'm looking at a proposal to renovate a house and I'm not familiar with some of the abbreviations and would like to help.
These are the actual line items of the proposal with my requests below designated by the word Note:

R & R Oak Flooring - # 1 common - not finished 38.50 FS F
Note: I believe that R & R is to remove and replace and SF square feet, but I do not know what the "F" mean?

Seal / prime the walls and ceiling - a layer 238.50 WC FS
Note: I have no idea what it means toilet?

Paint box - two layers 21 21.00 LF
Note: LF stands for Linear feet I guess, but I do not know what the No. 21 represents (21.00 FL I suppose, is to extend to 21 linear feet 21.00)?

Replace sand, stain and finish wood floor F 38.50 FS
Note: what does "F" mean?

Thank you for your help,
Bob

F floor
WC-wall, ceiling

The program is just throw some redundant terms for the proposal (or the person typing, copying it down too the author of the proposal).

Your other assumptions are correct.

If you are sure you have a proposal already received, it is better to go back and talk to the appraiser of what it means. There is nothing more difficult to treat in the construction industry of home owners from confusion. It can lead to much increased my bottom of the road and the sticker shock may be at the end. Make sure you know exactly what they are bidding on, and are nice to them before entering into a contract.
