The best way to make a 50cc scooter is the fastest selling and buying a bigger one.

It has to do with a small number of factors.
The first is the carburetor, and easier to upgrade.
The second is the transmission (gearbox), it should support a rating of about 11 + horses between 6500 and 8500 rpm. This will give access to about 45-50 mph.
Other than that is precisely the bike and products available, assuming you've already done a re-50cc beyond the door.
A new door on most scooters, as should you gte nearly 70-85cc, but it will require additional work because ew be handled properly by the remaining parts of the bike.
