Motorcycle Chain

What is the best lubricant for motorcycle chains for on / off road bikes? On my bicycle and snowblower, I always used full synthetic oil 20W-50 motor from a drop of oil can. Other people told me to use silicone spray white lithium grease bearings, or even that special lubricating the chain "that comes in a spray can. Should I continue to use oil motor or should I use one of the others I mentioned on my bike?

For the best chain lubricant motorcycle, I would recommend you
use the chain oil "type that comes in an aerosol. It is
easy to apply and quick to lubricate, so you'll be on your way
in a short time.
If no suitable lubricant around, you can always use
Engine oil type 20w/50 who still fine job, but
may be a bit messy to apply. Remember, some form of
motorcycle chain lubricant is better than nothing if you do
insist on using the best type that is not available.

I prefer to use wax lubrication of the chain that comes in a spray. It collects dirt rather than riding on the chain, but keeps the chain lubricated at the same time.

The lubrication of the chain is your best bet. Companies spend millions of dollars to pay engineers to do research and development to make the best product for the given purpose. Motor oil from lubricating the chain for example.

I used the oil trucks in the past, but I think the brand Belray Chain Lube cling to the chain better and more lubricated. I think it is white lithium based.

20W50 motor oil as a lubricant channel is better than nothing but not much. The oil film chain too easily. I would recommend that you clean your chain thoroughly with a toothbrush and kerosene to remove oil, dust, dirt, and then allow it to dry completely. Get a chain lubricating a bike shop and READ THE DIRECTIONS on the box to apply it correctly. Hope this helps.

20W50 is pretty thin.
I had a very good chance 80W90 gear oil. Do not laugh, it is the lubrication of the chain has recommended for my Honda. The words on the sticker. Except for the mess on the rear wheel when some cast off, it works very well. Probably because it should be done every 300 miles. Bar and chain oil works well too. Essentially the same thing with high tack additive to reduce discarding. (I've used it in summer)
Both seem to work better than the spray can products available to motorcycle shop. Bel-Ray seemed to be the best of them.
There is a way to use grease, but I have not tried it yet. Too much trouble and mess.

rock oil does an oil very pleasant. I use it on my Ducati. Do not go cheap if they trap dust and wear ties down.
