Motorcycle Rolling Chassis

I thought to order a kit chopper, or maybe just a rolling chassis, and the strengthening of the bike myself. I like my shadow, but I want the experience to build one. I think it would be a good way to have a cool bike, without having to invest $ 20,000 (or more). Plus it would improve my knowledge of motorcycles and their care and maintenance.
