Does the bolt on the engine accessories for light trucks really help fuel economy? I saw some accessories that claim to help with fuel consumption. For example: cold air intake, performance headers, cat-back exhaust, throttle body spacers, replacing a clutch fan with an electric motor, etc. The companies all claiming improved performance and mileage, but they are on the level?
Things that are the best engine breathing as headers, exhaust and cold air intake improve gas mileage would probably be a little performance. The improvement.Same with electric clutch with fan.The Fan is using the power for driving it.As the throttle body spacer, I have no idea.
I do not know, but I try and researdch
I have not seen one that does nothing good for the moment.
