How can you make a propeller hat?

This site is a model of the CAP cap. I do not know if the model has instructions for the propeller or not. Here's what I'd do ... Get reel of a child, remove and use the parts that spin the reel to turn your propeller. You can do the actual propeller cutting metal from a soda can that you spray painted the color of the hat.

The hat is not a real problem. Find the propeller would be the hardest part. The best place to start would probably be a hobby shop that sells model airplanes, etc. and see if you can get a propeller and parts from there to add to your hat.
