Truck N Stuff

So yes, buy my first truck in two days. It will be a 2004 Ford Ranger. Can anyone point me in the right direction on learning trucks n stuff? I know absolutely nothing about trucks / cars, such as mileage engine n stuff n. Advice?

Yeah, instead of buying an F150, or better yet, another F250. They post a lot more cargo and the cost is not very different.
If you do not care about freight, get a compact sedan, they are more comfortable and get much better gas mileage.

Too bad you're not concerned about MPG. No truck is still fair MPG, which is why soo many are for sale, because people try to find it now.
reconsider getting a car that gets at least 25 mpg.

You did not say which engine. The 2.3 Duratec get about 20 mpg. The 3.0 V6 will get 16 + and the 4.0 V6 of about 12. Remember what ever truck you buy, you buy miles. So buy what you can afford the lower mileage on it.

no kidding get a car. I received a Ranger 04 and is a piece of junk. Get a car or a F150 or Tacoma or somthing else.
