Wet Look Wax

Posted on June 7, 2010.
Wet Look WaxWhat is the best car wax for black car to make it look perfect?

they are as wide range of public, cleaning, wet look wax etc.

MacGuire wax and car polish show. They are the best.

Maguires or mothers, both are good wax. I use Maguires all the time.

Meguiars Wax is a class of liquid gold. I used it several times to wax black cars. It's really a beautiful shine. The only thing with black cars is that they show all the imperfections, as you probably know already. I would use a cleaner wax TR3 first, then make a wax with Meguiars. Just make sure you are working on a clean surface and no particles of dust in the air when you wax. Use a layer / cotton cloth and keep them clean. The wax in place fairly quickly, but the wax in cold weather, make sure the car body is warm, not hot! If you have a garage, let it sit in the shade for a few hours. Good luck. Use a toothbrush to get into small cracks. Use a circular motion to wax and buff.

Black is the most difficult and if you are infected with many small vortices the only thing to do is get it polished with a buffer. you must change your washing habits also if you want to keep shining. Check Detailersdomain.com. You will find lots of good info to take care of your car. I use products McGuire and loves.

I used this process on my black BMW.

1) Work early in the morning before the sun begins to bake.
2) water and sponge over the dirt. Use a clean glove or large sponge and a small amount of soap car wash concentrate.
3) Rinse with distilled water and dry with flannel cloths. Wal-Mart sells distilled water for about 70 cents a gallon.

These steps are hard scars of water.

4) Apply the color back to remove the oxidation. I used it on several cars and can not find anything that works well.
5) hand polish the background color with flannel cloths or cleaning cloth.
6) Apply a wax based carnuba. Buff with a dual action polisher to avoid chafing.

wet look is OK on the tires and vinyl, but it does not produce the limo I love shiny black cars.

I like Turtle Wax F21 Polish, then wax, wax hard shell turtle.
